Quelb TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You agree to these Terms & Conditions when using our website and/or purchasing our products.
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Quelb (the seller) and the customer.
When customer orders goods, electronic order must include mandatory and valid information such as personal details, delivery address, contact phone, e-mail address, name of the selected goods, quantity, colour and payment method.
The seller confirms by an e-mail that the order was received.
The customer orders the goods according to the offer price of the seller. Order confirmation is an agreement on price, payment, delivery time and transport. The purchase price is paid by the customer according to the agreed conditions and payment option. The purchase price together with appropriate VAT is shown on the invoice.
Two payment options are available. Full payment before delivery and instalment payments. Please see “instalments payment” page.
Goods are delivered by an external delivery company, packing and postage are paid by the customer. The customer is informed via phone or e-mail of the dispatch of ordered goods.
If purchase price is paid in full before delivery, goods are dispatched within two working days after order is confirmed. MIBO scooters dispatch time is 2-3 weeks after order is confirmed. If purchase price is paid in 3 instalments all goods are dispatched within two working days after last instalment payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal from Contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods from the seller. Please see “Return Policy” page
Manufacturer Guarantee and warranty Terms and Conditions
The manufacturer guarantee period for frame is 24 months (Worker scooters) and 60 months (MIBO scooters) from the receipt of purchased goods by the customer. For other parts there is 12 months warranty.
Please note the manufacturer guarantee and warranty do not apply on faults caused by the customer by inappropriate use of goods.
Some faults can be resolved by service. Quelb is also providing service of goods if this can resolve a fault. Service is free of charge. The customer pays postage and cost of spare parts if needed. If spare parts are needed, Quelb will provide a receipt of spare part which was needed to change and will also return a faulty spare part to the customer.
Submitting the completed order the customer gives the seller, in accordance with data protection act, an indefinite consent for the processing of personal data of the customer (title, name, surname, date of birth, home address, telephone number, e-mail address). Quelb collects this data for the purpose of recording contracts, accounting records, to process and fulfil the order(s) and to notify the customer about the status of the order(s). Quelb agrees that personal data will be accessed only by employees who are committed to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and will not be passed on to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and amended from time to time. This does not affect the customer's rights and obligations which the customer agreed with when purchased our product.
